Melissa Nicholson

Deployment Director

Melissa began her career in 1993 working as a Help Desk Analyst for an Ohio based company. Melissa has over 30+ years of service ranging from a help desk analyst, Store Systems Manager, IT Solutions Trainer, Project Manager, PMO Director, Chief Operations Officer to her current position as Director of Implementation Services. Throughout her career in the field, managing projects, managing clients and managing personnel, she learned varying aspects of project and program execution, scope management, cost analysis and risk mitigation. Her strengths lie with developing processes and implementing best practices to assist the company, client and projects be successful.

Melissa’s overall understanding of the industry is evident in her ability to set proper expectations with the client and deliver excellent customer service.


Dave Williams

Solutions Architect

Dave’s career started in 1997 as a WAN support technician for a National Telco company. Shortly after achieving a managerial role at the support desk, Dave’s career transitioned into a Project Management position with a small Retail focused IT company. As the company grew, the need for a pre-sales support role was evident and led to the creation of the Solutions Architect position where Dave has spent much of his professional career.

Dave’s knowledge and experience guide him to ask the appropriate questions and facilitate in-depth conversations. By understanding customer needs and expectations, this enables him to generate detailed service solutions that lead to successful deployments. Dave’s strategic mindset and desire to deliver creative offerings brings value to customer stakeholders and builds foundations for long-term partnerships.

Mitchele McNamara

General Manager

Mitchele is a strategic thinker with multifaceted operational experience who leads people and processes, optimizes teamwork, drives efficiencies, executes on initiatives, strengthens relationships with key customers and vendors and delivers outcomes with a high degree of accountability. Her focus is on operational controls, financial budgeting, strategic planning and execution and developing the overall health of the company.


Russell Ratcliff

Sr. Sales Executive / Business Development

Russell began his career in the technology sector in 1990. Before transitioning to Sales and Business Development, Russell was responsible for Inside Sales and Operations, Integration, Warehouse and Logistics. Russell also spent a period of time as a Project Manager before moving into his current position as Sr. Sales Executive and Business Development Manager. Always thinking outside of the box, Russell focuses on spending time with customers and helping craft solutions to achieve and exceed desired results. Russell is proud that through trusted and true partnerships, many of his clients have been customers for nearly twenty years.

Our Project Managers have an average of 30 years of experience managing project deployments ranging from New Construction to large scale Rollouts. Our team’s dedication and professionalism are all supported through our processes that are built on the fundamentals and methodologies of the PMI institute.

The ProAct PMO is supported by a team of Project Coordinators with an average of 10 years of experience managing the day-to-day operations supporting our Customers and Project Managers.

We are strategically positioned in the metro area of Greenville, South Carolina.
Our address is 3431 N. Industrial Drive, Simpsonville SC, 29681.

We are on a 10 acre campus with a current capacity of 85,000 square feet of warehouse space.

Our normal hours of operation for the staging and warehouse facilities are 8am to 5pm Monday thru Friday, Eastern Time.
For large engagements extended hours are available.

Our dock hours and shipping times are 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday, Eastern Time.
Our facility is within 15 minutes of an International Airport allowing for expedited shipments.

We have one main campus.  All staging and warehousing is performed on this campus.

We have 178 linear feet of integration bench space with an additional 336 linear feet of available "flex" space as needed.
